What are we expecting from our Backend Engineer?

• participates in taking software architecture decisions
• crafts and optimizes smart recommendation algorithms and APIs
• works daily with Symfony2 (PHP 5.3+) and MongoDB
• optimize MongoDB queries and do a little bit of MongoDB architecture  
• drives his daily coding using TDD
  
• feels comfortable managing Linux (debian) servers over SSH
• ready to blog and give talks about the awesome code s/he writes
• loves to contribute to open source

Salary: 3,000 to 4,000 EGP (the more you impress us, the more you get)
