New projects from zero ground with Zend Framework

Most of projects are little aplications for advertising companies from Romania based on Codeigniter.

Contentspeed, http://www.contentspeed.com is a e-commerce software company with 15 or less employees operating in Bucharest. I was a part of a team of 2 with a project manager or at times in a team of 4 with a designer, front-end and project manager. I was the web developer in both cases.

Responsibilities included:
* Finishing custom shops
* Contant upgrades to the platform
* OOP PHP programming
* responsability to deliver on time & publish projects
* Encript import files for e-shops that refused our shared hosting

!Important: I worked on a software platform developed by contentspeed as a solution to local market, the software has no constrains as a framework does, but there were some formal rules and best practices in organizing the software.
