Built and maintained scripts used to gather information for background checks using a combination of java, xml, and xquery.

I tutor students who are having trouble in the programming classes that are offered at RCCC. I also tutor students in general computer use and basic usage of Microsoft Office products.

I handled phone support calls that involved password resets for blackboard and active directory accounts for students, staff, and faculty. I also shadowed fellow computer technicians on support calls to observe and learn the necessary skills involved in supporting users and computers on campus.
