Alchemy is an interactive and social newsletter service. It connects members of a network through weekly or bi-weekly emails enabling each user to submit questions, ask for advice, promote an event, or get feedback on projects.

Responsible for managing: online presence, marketing outreach, records, client relations, invoices, scheduling appointments and employees, as well as walking dogs. Created company growth of 800% in two months - grew from 8 clients to 80.

Summer program focused on media planning and buying. Maintained media kits, kept up to date with latest trends, stayed informed through trade publications. Worked with a team of interns under supervision.

Client issued through media relations course. Created a media plan, press kit, press releases, pitched to local media and configured a media list.

Developed media vendor relationships. Monitored trade publications and industry news. Maintained media kit files and media lists. Managed communication with clients.

Responsible for providing great customer service, handling financial transactions, maintaining sales goals, opening and closing the store, and carrying out store operation processes.
