Akcees is a non-profit organisation that educates entrepreneurs and facilitates the development of innovative ideas into successful business ventures.

Activities:
- Develop abilities and competencies through non-formal education
- Facilitate the accumulation of national and international work experience
- Educate, form and coach young entrepreneurs
- Organize regular informal meetings between professionals

- In close cooperation with a market-facing product manager, conceptualize and design new features for the SponsorPay product
- Develop each feature in detail together with the IT and business team and specify these solutions in comprehensive requirements documents
- In particular, analyze possible technical integrations with publisher and advertiser partners
- Test new features to ensure they are working as specified
- Analyze issues and bugs and work with developers to resolve them
- Analyze the success of new features and recommend optimizations

Planned and coordinated the installation, testing, operation,
troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

Designed and implemented an in‐house customized warehouse
management system to centralise information from 3 remote locations.
