- Write and maintain single-sourced documentation for the Bitdefender Enterprise products using a DocBook-based documentation system. Documentation deliverables include Administrator's Guide, Administrator's Help, Reporter's Guide, User's Guide and Release Notes
- Work together with the other technical writer to deliver the documentation deliverables within agreed deadlines
- Work closely with the Enterprise Product Management, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Usability and Enterprise Support teams to correctly document the features of the new generation of enterprise security products
- Test the products to be documented from the user's perspective; Submit bugs and improvement suggestions to the teams in charge
- Write, review and update the online Knowledge Base for the Bitdefender Support Center with the latest technical articles
- Localize the documentation deliverables as well as the Knowledge Base articles with the help of the Localization Manager and translators

Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance for Bitdefender's corporate partners and customers around the world;
- Install, configure and troubleshoot the company's Client Security and Cloud Security products;
- Solve technical issues via e-mails received in the internal ticketing system and the company forum while meeting the service level agreement criteria;
- Work closely with the team in the headquarter as well as the virtual team (colleagues from the other offices in the world) for lowering the time needed to solve the raised issues and improve customer satisfaction;
- Engage in remote assistance sessions together with the colleagues from the testing department where the situation required further analysis;
- Constantly check the validity of the online public Knowledge Base articles;
- Work together with the colleagues from the other offices in the world in order to translate new articles related to the technical side of the business security products;
- Publish new articles on the public Knowledge Base;

As a vicepresident of AIESEC Brasov I coordinated the activity of the Social Development area of the organization for 1 year leading a team of 5 to 14 people to achieving the highest numerical results in the 18-years history of the local subsidiary of AIESEC.
During the 2011-2012 term I managed to lead the team towards facilitating 49 international internships for foreign students in Brașov.
