splinter.me is a platform substituting headhunters with technology, by matchmaking talents with work opportunities. 

Talents can connect the online platforms where they are active on and splinter.me automatically builds and updates their modern resume, using information analyzed from their online activities. Then they receive work opportunities that really fit their profiles.

Employers can find in real-time potential candidates that fit their job description, besides the regular job broadcasting on social networks.
